TriNetX
Overview
TriNetX is a global, federated electronic health record network that currently aggregates de identified data on 175 million individuals drawn from more than 152 health care organizations in 16 countries. Its user friendly platform allows investigators to generate cohorts, apply built in propensity score matching, and produce Kaplan–Meier curves, thereby facilitating timely comparative effectiveness research or pharmacovigilance for new drugs. TriNetX contains demographics, encounters, diagnoses, procedures, medications or vaccinations, laboratory results or vital signs, genomics, and oncology. This enables us to efficiently evaluate causal inference and assess disease burden.
